Exterior

C17 timber framed building. Lobby entry but with third unit beyond chimney added in C19. Modern outshots to rear. Hall with service room at NE end.

One and a half storey, 2 bay box frame, square panels with braces. Panels mainly wattle and daub - some brick. Stone plinth. Steeply pitched slate roof, bargeboards. NE gable end lap-boarded. Small gabled dormer at eaves level on front elevation. Rendered later brick stack.
Original doorway converted to window to extreme left of front elevation. Late C19 timber casement windows.

Interior

Cambered mantel beam. Single axial ceiling beam, cross frame forms partition wall. Plain doorways, later cut to outshots at rear.
