Possibly late C18 origins with mid C19 heightening (see view of ca 1860) and modern alterations; late-Georgian.
3-storey, 2-window painted stone front with cill bands and plinth. Slate roof, bracket eaves and heightened brick end chimney stacks. Horned 9 and 12-pane sash windows. Modern bank window flanked by pilasters and entrances, 2-panel door to left and panelled double doors to right. Slate hung left gable end. Gabled cross range to rear with small pane sashes to right hand side.
