History

Probably C18.

Exterior

One-and-a-half storeys, rubble stone, tin roof. Downhill sited, squared rubble stack at upper end, small gabled roof dormer to right side. Central boarded door and flanking small-paned timber casements.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as one of a group of small but distinctive C18 houses straddling the lower slopes of Llandegley Rocks. Possibly of same date and containing same features (eg screen, large fireplace, exposed beams etc) as Graig and Upper Graig.
