Earlier C19 former pair of cottages now one house.
House formerly a pair, painted rubble stone with slate roof and yellow brick end stacks. Two storeys, 4-window range with 4 horned 9-pane sashes to upper floor, the inner pair grouped together over 2 board doors with overlights. Twelve-pane horned sash to each ground floor outer window and cambered brick heads to ground floor openings. Rear has C20 window to left, small lean-to to centre.
Not inspected at time of survey.
Included as retaining the character of a pair of vernacular cottages.
