Mid C19 (after ca. 1845).
Tall simple classical 2-storey, 3-window roughcast front. Slate roof hipped to left end originally with another building to the right; 2 cement render chimney stacks, boxed eaves. 12-pane sash windows with lintels, central arched entrance with recessed 3-panel door and 5-pane fanlight.
Roughcast left end wall, colourwashed rubble right end wall with uneven masonry. 2-storey slate hung lean-to at rear with sash windows.
