Late Georgian pair with Victorian alterations, 3-storey and attic, 2-window scribed render and stucco fronts with cill band and channelled ground floor and dividing pilaster strip. Slate roof and brick chimney stacks; pitched roof slate hung dormers with bargeboards and paired horned sash windows. Three-storey splayed bay windows with cornices and panelled aprons to right of each front; left-hand windows with lugged architraves; horned sash windows to No 47, small-pane to No 49. Doric porches with fluted columns; entablature frieze to No 49; panelled reveals and half glazed doors. Cement render left side and rear with sash windows.
