Georgian 3-storey structure with roughcast elevations, 2-window to Princess Street and 2-window to St James' Square. Slate roof, hipped end to St James' Square, rendered brick chimney stacks. Small-pane sash windows except for one window to Princess Street front which has only one window to second floor. Shop front with panelled pilasters wraps around the splayed corner; glazing bars to shop windows. Six-panel door corner entrance and further 6-panel door with classical doorcase to left of St James' Square front.
