Late Georgian roughcast 2-storey 4-window front to L-plan structure; formerly three cottages. Slate roof, ridge cresting and rendered end chimney stacks. Segmental window heads, mainly 12-pane sashes, one larger small pane window and french windows to left. Ramped buttresses to right. Off-centre 5-panel and glazed door with reeded pilaster doorcase.
Plain end walls; later extension set back to right
