Exterior

Circa 1830-40 house in stucco with painted stone plinth and painted wood bracketed eaves cornice. Chimneys removed and slate roof replaced in concrete tile.

Two storeys, 2-window range of 16-pane sashes in painted timber architraves with blind-boxes. Doorway to ground floor left with 5-panel door, traceried overlight, panelled reveals and painted timber Roman Doric doorcase of 2 fluted columns, triglyph frieze and mutule cornice.

Reasons for Listing

Nos 13 and 17 form matching row under single cornice but No 13 is probably a later addition.
