History

Late C18 or early C19 house in irregular terrace formerly known as St Martin's Crescent.

Exterior

Terraced house, unpainted roughcast with slate roof and no chimneys. Narrow three-storey, two- window front of 12-pane sashes. Only one window, on left, at second floor, larger first floor windows than elsewhere, and plain recessed doorway with modern door in right bay.

Included for its special architectural interest as part of a terrace of late Georgian three-storey houses.
