History

Mid to later C19 premises, renewed in late C20. Possibly built as a pair with No 4 adjoining.

Exterior

End terrace house and shop, painted lined stucco with slate roof and no chimneys. Three storeys, double-fronted with two renewed 4-pane sashes each floor and centre half-glazed door with overlight in plain shouldered surround. Top floor windows are square, others are longer. Gable end to the river has overhanging verges, longer slope to left. Central renewed oriel window over a door, long arched stairlight to centre left with marginal glazing bars, and half-glazed door to left with 4-pane sash above.
