Terraced house, early to mid C19.
Terraced house, painted stucco with slate close-eaved roof and brick right end stack. Three storeys offset to right. Three horned 6-pane sash windows on second floor; two twelve-pane sash windows, one to extreme right aligned with door below and window above, the other not aligned, left of centre. Iron flower balconies. Ground floor has C19 shopwindow to left of centre with 6 large panes in moulded stucco surround. Similar surround to doorway to right. Recessed C20 door (in 1974 the overlight had tracery).
Interior not inspected.
Included for its special architectural interest as a substantial terraced house in late Georgian style.
