C19 end-terraced house with higher eaves and ridge to that of No 4 suggesting a later date of construction, though it is unclear from the 1844 Tithe map if this building is shown.
Terraced house, painted roughcast with slate close-eaved roof and one rendered stack to right, shared with No 4. The left stack removed before 1978, the right stack was stone in 1978. The eaves and ridge are higher than those of No 4. Two-storey, 3-window range of horned 4-pane sash windows with slate sills, and central C20 half-glazed door. Unpainted roughcast left end wall with C20 window each floor and rear extension with C20 flat roof.
Included as part of a terraced row of traditional houses, of townscape value on the approach to the bridge.
