Early C19 attached house, the roofline showing that it was of one build with No 3 adjoining. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map.
Terraced house, painted stucco cladding, with imitation slate roof and stone stack with slate drips to right. Three-storey, 2-window range, second floor with square hornless 6-pane sash windows and first floor with plate-glass sash windows. Ground floor has doorway to left and single window to right of centre with mid C20 glazing. Two slate steps to 6-panelled door with top 2 panels fielded and plain overlight.
Previous listing schedule mentions grouted roof.
Included as an early C19 town house of 3 storeys, in late Georgian style.
