The site of two lifeboat houses, this one of corrugated iron by W.T Douglas 1911 on a concrete slipway, built over the original stone house and slipway C1870 the stone slipway was again replaced by another one in 1886 (Sourced from - The Buildings of Wales by Thomas Lloyd, Julian Orbach and Robert Scourfield)
