Early C19 outbuilding in rubble stone with grouted slate roof. One small window and door with brick head. 4-bay interior. E end wall has 2 rows of dove holes. One door to rear. In front of front wall is circular enclosure with low rubble walls for a horse-engine.
Marked on 1840 Tithe Map and 1811 map in National Library of Wales of property of Major Tucker.
Included for group value with farmhouse and rarity of surviving horse engine yard.
