Tall 2-storey outbuilding in rubble stone with imitation slate roof. Front wall has broad band of brick dove-openings in three tiers under eaves and ground floor door flanked by window each side, all three with flat brick heads. E end outside steps up to loft door. 5-bay roof. Lean-to on W end continued N with monopitch roof and dove-holes in rear wall.
