Exterior

cl800, altered, stucco with slate roof and brick W end stack. Three-storey three-window range, mostly C20 windows replacing original sashes. Moulded stucco window surrounds, plain to upper floor and with cornices on console brackets elsewhere. Quoin pilasters. Stucco details appear later Cl9. Ground and first floor outer windows were tripartite sashes, surviving on ground floor, replaced above. Doorway has fluted stucco pilasters and cornice.

Reasons for Listing

One of the houses of the first phase of the new town, cl797-l8l0, and included for group value despite alterations.
