Not built up on 1848 Meyrick estate map; street was named after EdwardáLaws who died 1854.
Circa 1850-60 single terraced house; painted lined stucco with imitation slate roof and rendered N end stack. Basement and two-storey two-window range, 12-pane sashes above, 16-pane sash below and arched door to right. Four-panel door with radiating and scalloped tracery to fanlight. Two slate steps. Iron area railings, slate steps down to basement door and 12-pane sash.
