A Grade II Listed Building in Arthog, Gwynedd

Where I used to live...

I loved this house when we lived here in the late 80's/early 90's - It was the most mysterious and yet magical place a child could ever live. The house itself is steeped in what seems like over 400 years of history, however the foundation stones and celtic graves in the pathway leading to the front door of this remarkable building tell another story! This house, it would seem, keeps it's secrets to itself, as very little historical 'fact' is known about Bodeilio prior to the date of 1602. The site this is built on is of believed to be of ancient ecclesiastical importance. A truly wonderful house.
