History

House, probably C18. Timber framed with colourwashed panels, slate roof. One storey with attics, 3 bays, the centre bay wider, probably the living hall with parlour behind the axial 4-flue stack in the NE bay.

Exterior

Framing 3 panels high with corner braces to main posts. Entrance through boarded door with a shaped doorhead in left bay. Timber windows with Gothic arched lights. Three gabled dormers with shaped bargeboards. Later service room added behind the left bay, now the kitchen.

Interior

Not accessible at time of inspection.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a typical small Montgomeryshire farmhouse in a conspicuous position.
