Exterior

Canal bridge No 4 on the Guilsfield Branch of the Montgomeryshire Canal constructed 1794-1797. Brick arch and abutments, with sandstone copings.
Parabolic arch of 13-in brick, the abutments splayed at both ends ending in 18-in brick piers. Parapet rises at an angle along the abutments and flattens over the bridge, capped by a flush square stone coping.
