History

Mid-late C19. Rubble stone with ashlar dressings, slate roof. Two storeys, 2 unequal bays, with central entrance to stair hall and gable stacks.

Exterior

Boarded door in open gabled trellis porch. Iron framed paned windows in wood sub-frames in openings with cambered heads on the ground floor. Gutter board. Stacks in yellow brick. One window to rear elevation, on ground floor. Single storey outbuilding attached to left gable, brick with slate roof.

Included as a representative example of a small rural cottage, which retains its original small-pane windows and other characteristic features.
