Exterior

Stone built farm building of the C17, partly extended in timber framing, with slate roof. E wall, facing the farmhouse, is weatherboarded, and the end wall is clad with corrugated iron. Double purlin roof with queen strut trussed and angled top struts. A small pigeon loft is cut in the weatherboarding of the N gable end.

Building now contains stores, with the timber framed extension housing calves. Stable doors.

Reasons for Listing

Included for group value with the cowhouses, completing the open 'U' farmyard, and backing on to Dyffryn farmhouse.
