History

Mid C19 single-storey cottage, possibly built in association with the lighthouse.

Exterior

Cottage, colourwashed stucco with imitation-slate roof and colourwashed stucco end stacks with grey limestone stepped caps. One storey, double-fronted with 12-pane horned sash each side of broad stuccoed porch with grouted roof and ledged C20 door. One 12-pane sash and door to rear.

Reasons for Listing

A rural example of the mid C19 single-storeyed regional house, once common in Pembroke Dock, unaltered examples now rare.
