Probably built mid-late C19.
Combined boiling house and pigsty range. The boiling house is rectangular in plan with a door in one side of the S gable wall and a window in the side wall overlooking the farm yard. Rubble walls and pitched slate roof with slate copings; brick chimney to corner opposite door (NW). The pigsty has two units and is attached to the (N) gable end of the boiling house. Rubble walls with single pitch slate roof with slate copings. Stone walls to yard; that to the right (N) has been demolished.
Listed as a substantially complete C19 pigsty and boiling house range, which forms part of the complete farmstead group at Trefarthen.
