One of a group of small village houses in the main street, forming part of a terraced row, probably erected in the early-mid C19.
No 14 has retained its original boarded door. Single storey pebbledashed flat-roofed extension to the rear.
Included as one of an interesting pair of well preserved C19 village cottages in the Conservation Area of Abererch, perhaps built by an estate.
