Commemorated is Martha Williams daughter of William and Martha Williams of Cefn On in the parish of Rudry (d 1821); also son William (d 1825) and others of their children and family.

Simple chest tomb of ashlar with plain sides, plinth, engraved slab with simple edge moulding.
