On first floor, 3 sash windows with bracketed cornices. In ground floor, doorway isto L, shallow rectangular overlight; 2 sash windows to R.
Part of a group of mid C19 former houses in Charles Street, once amongst most fashionable streets in Cardiff centre. Group value.
