House on left hand side of photo. Only the first floor window remains from the listing schedule. The ground floor frontage appears to have been rebuilt in a similar style to neighbouring houses. Location is at the south end of Mount Pleasant Road on the western side, not as shown on the web site map. There are plenty of unlisted buildings in the south Wales valleys with more interesting historical value and character than this site. The approach to listing by Cadw seems very ad hoc.
