History

War Memorial to the fallen of WWI dating probably from c1920.

Exterior

The war memorial is constructed of grey granite ashlar and is in the form of an obelisk on a plinth. Square two step base with a rough finish to the edges. Tapered plinth with base, cap, and sides with inscriptions to the fallen of WWI and WWII. Guilloche moulding to the cap edge. Polished obelisk shaft with the top blunted.

Included for its historic interest as the Portskewett village war memorial and for its group value with the Churchyard Cross and the Church of St Mary.
