Billy Lal's occupies 33-35 Mostyn Street. Next door is KFC. I fact it is the site of the former Savoy Cinema which originally opened in March 1914 but closed in October 1986. A fire had destroyed the cinema in 1942 but it was rebuilt however subsequently demolished after the cinema closed in 1986. The shop conversion took place in 1995.
