Mid C19 cottage, set back from street line, not marked on 1844 tithe map.
House, whitewashed roughcast cladding, with slate close-eaved roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey double-fronted elevation with small 2-light sash windows and central door, the heads of upper windows under eaves. Doorway has eared surround with keystone, and C20 door. Right end has small 4-pane casement window to loft.
Included as a small traditional house of the mid C19 which retains its character.
