History

Lofted stable and cartshed range, probably mid C19.

Exterior

Lofted stable and cartshed, rubble stone with asbestos sheet roofs. Lofted section to right has outside stone steps to loft door on right end wall, 2 small square loft windows under eaves to front over 2 similar ground floor windows and centre door. Ground floor openings have stone voussoirs, loft door has flat lintel.
Single storey range to left has 2 cambered headed cart entries with square pier between, then narrower pier to possibly added end section with 3 doors, all openings with stone voussoirs, the voussoirs in purple Caerbwdi sandstone from St Davids.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a mid C19 lofted stable with cartsheds, part of the small estate group at Ciliauwen.
