History

Probably C18. A timber-framed annex at rear is listed with Trigfan.

Exterior

A two-storey, two-window cottage in local stone, irregularly rendered and painted white. Slate roof with tile ridge; stone end-chimney at left. The window openings all altered to accommodate standard windows: the upper windows against eaves, the lower windows with timber lintels. Brick sills. Central doorway with brick arch. Replaced standard steel windows and modern semi-glazed door.

Intact set of iron railings and gate at front, on a low wall.

Reasons for Listing

Listed notwithstanding alterations as a traditional minor stone cottage and for group value with Trigfan.
