History

Possibly contemporary with the house and thus late C18 or early C19, but this feature may well be a part of the C19 improvements (see History). The walls are shown in the photograph in the Museum of Welsh Life which is said to date from c1890.

Exterior

Small garden forecourt enclosed by stone rubble walls with stone capping about 1m in height.

Included as a part of the important group of historic estate buildings at the centre of St. Fagans village.
