Probably an early origin remodelled in C18 and C19.
Townhouse with Georgian/Victorian frontage, attached at one side. Rendered and painted with hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and incorporating two full hipped-roofed dormers; large external rendered and brick stack. Main frontage has a 3-window range of 4-pane horned sashes to first floor. Central doorway with recessed panelled part glazed door; double window to right and shallow canted bay with C20 glazing to left.
Listed although remodelled in C19 for group value with the listed range at end of new Market Street.
