Celtic-style war memorial of roughly-hewn marble with wheel-headed cross bearing inter-lace work in relief. On a 2-tier base, polished to front, the main upper section trapezoidal and listing those who fell in the Great War (1914-18). The lower section lists those who fell in World War II (1939-45). It is on a large 3-tier plinth, the lowest of concrete, those above of stone.
Listed for its social-historical interest as a Celtic-revival style memorial, in a prominent position in the village.
