    Situated on the S side of the minor road through Cwm Llinau 0.5km E of the A470.

    Set down from the road close to the River Dovey, approx. 1km W of Llanwrin.

    Part of a terrace of cottages fronting the road, towards the S end of Cemmaes village.

    Fronting the lane to the E of the farmhouse.

    Located in the centre of Commins Coch. The river is at an angle to the road, and the bridge is on a sharp bend.
