History

Terraced house, now shop, part of a row of three low C18 houses, Nos 12-14. Upper windows raised and house altered in C19. An old photograph shows just the left window raised.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted roughcast with part-cemented slate roof and rendered left end stack. Two storeys, double-fronted with two large C19 4-pane horned sashes breaking eaves upstairs, with catslide roofs (previously small gables). Ground floor has eared stuccoed surrounds to doors and windows. Broad 4-pane sash to left, C20 half-glazed door to right of centre, small plate glass sash to right.
