One of an early C19 three-storey pair of terraced houses, later altered to single house, No 23, and used as a school in C20, since separated again. No 23 is of three bays and No 25A of two bays, with similar detail.
Terraced house, painted stucco, slate close eaved roof and small brick left stack. Three storeys, two ays, with horned plate glass sash windows to upper floors Ground floor has square bay window to centre with hipped slate roof, and horned sashes, the lower sash of plate glass, the upper half 8-pane and the side lights fixed with two panes over plate glass. Recessed C20 door to left.
Interior not inspected, said to be altered with new staircase.
Included for its special interest as one of a pair of three-storey late Georgian style terraced houses.
