A mid C19 house shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.
A 2-storey single-fronted cottage of whitened pebble-dashed front, slate roof and shared roughcast stacks. Openings have thin smooth-rendered surrounds painted black. The entrance on the R has a replacement split boarded door under a thin overlight. Windows are 12-pane horned sashes.
Listed for its special architectural interest as a well-preserved modest mid C19 house, and for its contribution to the historical townscape.
