A pair of semi-detached houses. Early C19. Flint, with red
brick dressings and a plastered front; hipped slate roof with
a wide eaves soffit.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. A 4-window range of 16-pane sashes
arranged 1:2:1 with the centre breaking forward slightly under
a gable with fluted bargeboards. Two 6-panel doors have
fanlights with radiating glazing-bars and are set into
recessed semicircular arches.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The garden is above the road, approached by steps; a low flint
retaining wall has a plain brick coping.
