GV II

House. Early C19. Stucco, with stucco string course and moulded cornice. Ground floor and basement have banded rustication. Roof not visible behind parapet; brick stack. Double depth plan. 3 storeys and basement; 2-window range. 2 entrances flanking central window have 6-panelled doors and fanlights with glazing bars. Sash windows. First floor has French windows to balcony with good Grecian wrought iron railings of honeysuckle motif. Low second floor. Rear of brick, with lower brick wing. Iron area railings, and steps. Interior not inspected.
