Cottage. C16 with C20 alterations. Red brick in English bond. Plain tile
roof. 2 storeys attic on stone plinth. Projecting shouldered brick stack
to left gable end. Gabled dormer. Irregular fenestration of 2 casements;
one 2-light with segmental head to left and one single-light to right.
Doubly-chamfered rectangular brick architrave to rear ground-floor window.
Various blocked openings. Half-glazed door under bracketed lean-to hood
towards centre of rear elevation. Single-storey red brick section to right
with end stack. Interior not inspected. Probably associated with Greenway
Court, residence of Culpeper family in C16.
