Pair of C18 cottages, with higher frontage than No 7 and
in slight recession. 2 storeys. High steeply pitched (modern)
tiled roof; modern dormer in No 9. 1 window each. Sash window
with flush box in flat arch; glazing bars intact. Small shop
window on ground floor of No 9. Panelled door with upper part
cut away and glazed. Cemented. 1 small modern 3 light box
window in reveals on ground floor. Modern glazed door and
doorcase with panelled pilasters; panelled frieze and rectangular
pediment.
