4/48 Dungates Farm House
GV II

House. Late C16, extended to right in C18 and C19. Timber frame exposed to
centre of rear with brick infilling, brick cladding to front with tile hanging
above. Plain tiled roof, with gablet to left, hipped to right. At right angles
to lane. One storey and attics under two gabled,through-eaves dormers. End
stacks to left and right. Three ground floor windows and cellar windows, blocked
to left. Door to right of centre. Rear - Arched brace exposed on first floor,
pentice to left. Right hand return front - clad in incised render.
