House. Probably C16 to rear, early C18 front range. Timber framed core to
rear, the front range of red brick with colourwashed facade and plaintiled
roof. 2 storeys and attic. 5 window range, sashes with glazing bars in flush
frames, no arches; moulded brick plinth, plaster cove cornice, 3 flat-roofed
dormers, gable end stacks. Central doorway with 6-panel door, the upper 4
panels glazed; portico on fluted Roman Doric columns, Tuscan pilasters,
entablature. Dutch gable ends each with 3 brick bands.
