Estate Cottage. Mid C19. Rubble flint with yellow brick dressings and
slate roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: two bays symmetrically disposed.
Doorway at centre of ground floor with 4-centered arch. The door is
divided into 3 panels with interlacing tracery to the top. To either side
of this are 2-light windows with 4-centred heads having Y-tracery and
casement windows. Two similar lateral windows to the first floor. Yellow
brick quoins to the corners of the building and to the window surrounds.
Hipped roof with central square chimney stack with 4 pots. Blank walling
to the right hand flank. The left hand flank has one semi-circular window
at ground floor level. Rear: 2 doors to the centre at ground floor level
to right of which is a 3-light cambered-headed window. To left of this are
two 2-light windows. At first floor level are a 3-light window at left and
a 2-light window at right, both with cambered heads.
