Former Chapel Caretaker's Cottage. Early-mid C19, altered. Red brick with glazed
blue headers in Flemish bond; red brick dressings. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys;
one gabled bay. On left, step up to C20 board door with late C20 moulded wooden
panel replacing fanlight below round arch. To right on each floor a 16-pane sash
in reveal with stone sill and flat brick arch. Brick-coped gable. Two stacks to
right side. Rear: one 16-pane sash to 1st floor; single-storey addition on left
and 2-storey addition on right not of special interest. The Cottage is set back
from the former Chapel on its right (q.v. item 14/502) to which it is similar in
style.
